Good Atlanta restaurants

Nikolai's Roof - been there a few times. Quite nice but a little disappointed recently with the more edgy menu.

Rathburn's - overrated, in my opinion. Food was decent but not worth the drive from Suwanee.

JOEL restaurant - good find, good food.

Bachanalia - We were here for Taz's birthday one year. One of the better restaurants. Worth going.

Nava - good southwestern fusion.

Sia's - in the suburbs in Duluth. Food is OK. Nothing special but decent prices for a nice dinner.

Sperata's - in downtown historic Buford. Like this place. Comparable to Sia's but better. They take reservations but they are right across the street from the railway tracks. Can get loud.

Aqua Terra - in downtown historic Buford. Great food, but wait is long on weekends.

Kyma - bad experience with the fish. It was too fresh for our taste. Other than that, the appetizers were good.

Stoney River Restaurant - if you like aged beef, you will like this place. I didn't think it was anything special that was worth the wait. I enjoyed Bones or Chops better in Buckhead.
